Sign Management 300
Ten years ago we were asked to design a system to automate the business processes of a sign management company. Our customer was so pleased with the result that he recently asked us to update and extend the system. After researching the requirements of our customer and his customers we made enhancements to the system that enable us to offer him state-of-the-art business management software and his clients valuable, up-to-date information. Interest from the customer’s colleagues has inspired us to develop and refine the system and put it into general release. We are delighted to introduce Sign Management System 300.
The system offers the board contractor's customers:
- 24 hour tracking, amending and booking of boards online;
- access to an up-to-date list of board locations detailing the address, number of boards, slips attached, date the boards were erected, date the sold slips were added, date the board was removed and the length of time it took the property to sell;
- access to graphical, numerical and textual information on percentage market share compared with other anonymous agents using the same board contractors;
- automatic reminders when boards have had sold slips on for a pre-designated length of time;
- access to detailed history at an address showing activity at that address, any movement between agents and average time for the property to sell;
- production of information and statistical data for Head Offices;
- access to a visual representation overlaid on a map to show the distribution of sold and unsold boards compared to those of anonymous competitors (future release);
- ability to view job progress from booking until completion;
- secure and controlled access to an account area of our website.
Access to up-to-date statistical and management data is crucial in today’s competitive property market. Estate Agents, whose board contractors use the Sign Management 300 software, will have the above facilities for little more than the cost of a single board per calendar month.
The system offers the board contractor:
- the ability to record, schedule and reconcile jobs received by phone or online;
- the list of resources each van needs for its scheduled jobs on demand;
- automatically or manually assigned ordered list of jobs to be carried out by a driver or in a designated area;
- automated printing of invoices for Agents on a designated date;
- management reports on customers;
- an optional stock control facility;
- the ability to create job types for individual customers and adjust default pricing;
- statistical information to illustrate business and market trends;
- printed labels for subsets of customers as required;
- simultaneous access from multiple networked or stand alone computers;
- traceability through a highly detailed auditing facility;
- restriction of access to parts of the system through a team member approach;
- additional, personalised text to be added to all or selected invoices;
- remotely hosted and regularly backed up database to prevent loss of data.
All this functionality is available for little more than the cost of a single board per calendar month.
